Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number that will cover shipping costs. For all returns unrelated to defects, shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.


Delivery/Pickup Information

Orders will be either processed through your Presbyterian mail room or availble for pickup at Black Duck within two weeks of placement. Black Duck is located at 4820 Pan American FWY, 87109.


Should there be any problems and/or possible delays with your order, you will be contacted directly by a friendly representative who can rectify the situation. If you desire special shipping, please call Black Duck at (505) 884-3656 and ask for a representative, e-mail us at, or leave us a comment in your order. Shipping charges will apply to any shipping opton other than inter-office delivery.
